Turkey Bacon & Egg Breakfast Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

1 x Ciabatta bread , 5" round, split
2 oz Hellmann's Real Aioli Sun-Dried Tomato Flavor
4 oz Egg white
1 tbsp Bell pepper, green , or red, finely diced, ,sauteed
1 tbsp Green Onion , sliced
1 oz Seasoning (salt+ pepper) , as needed
1 slices Peppered turkey bacon , cooked

DIRECTIONS

1. Spread cut sides of sandwich thin bread with Helmann's Real Sun Dried Tomato Aioli; reserve.

2. Pour liquid egg white in headed small pan. Sprinkle bell pepper and green onions over; season with salt and pepper. Cook, omelet-style, until egg is set; fold over.

3. On bottom of sadwich layer bacon and egg. Replace top of sandwich thin; serve immediately.

Note: Sandwich thins are round, very flat buns made for sandwich usage. If unavailable, another flatbread or thinly sliced loaf bread may be substituted.
