Honey of a Breakfast Sandwich
1 pc English Muffins , split
1 TBS Canadian Bacon , diced
3 tsp Sun-dried tomatoes , diced
4 oz Egg white
0.5 oz Seasoning (salt+ pepper) , as needed
2 oz Honey & Black Pepper Mayonnaise
Pour egg whites in heated small pan. Sprinkle Canadian bacon and tomato over; season with salt and pepper. Cook, omelet-style, until egg is set; fold over.
Spread cust sides of English muffin with 2 oz Honey & Black Pepper Mayonnaise. Place egg on bottom of muffin. Replace top of muffin; serve immediately.
