Greek Salad Pita
4 oz Cucumbers, seedless , seeded, cut into 1/4" slices
1.5 oz Bell pepper, green , cut into 3/4" squares
0.5 oz Onions, red , thinly sliced
1 oz Olives, Kalamata , pitted, halved
1 oz Cheese, feta , crumbled
1 oz Hellmann's Blue Ribbon Collection Greek Vinaigrette
1 x Pita bread, plain , halved, split open
In medium bowl, combine cucumber, bell pepper, onion, olives, feta and Hellmann's Blue Ribbon Collection Greek Vinaigrette. Stir to combine; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
Portion salad between pita halves; serve immediately.
