Grilled Skirt Steak with Caramelized Onions, Tomatoes and Horseradish Dijon Real Sauce
0.4 lb Skirt steak , 6 oz. portions
2 tsp Knorr Ultimate Beef Base
1 tsp Olive oil
1 French baguette , split
6 tsp HELLMANN'S ® Real Mayonnaise
2 oz Onions , caramelized
2 slices tomato
2 oz Hellmann's Real Horseradish Dijon Sauce
Blend Knorr Beef base with olive oil, spread mixture on both sides of the steak.
Place on hot broiler, cook on both sides until desired doneness.
Spread Hellmann's mayonnaise on both sides of the baguette, place on griddle and toast until golden brown.
Please steak and sliced tomato on toasted baguette, drizzle with Hellmann's Horseradish Dijon, then top with caramelized onions.
